A recent meeting of the Southwind Garden Club featured a presentation by floral artist Julie Wilson showcasing unusual arrangements.
The program, “Floral Designs Using Dried Elements,” was received enthusiastically by Garden Club members who were very interested in the use of varied containers for fresh flowers including driftwood, evergreen shrubs, and cacti.
Ms. Wilson is President of the Tennessee Federation Garden Clubs, Inc., a Master Gardener, Master Flower Show Judge, American Flower Arranging Instructor, and Ikebana Instructor.
