The Germantown Red Devils improved to 2-0 on the season Friday by beating Southaven 51-46. The win came three days after Germantown toughed out a 56-51 overtime win against Arlington. The Collierville Dragons won their home opener last week 67-42 against Munford High School. Jalen Lynn and Zoran Bursac combined for 28 points and led the Dragons. Santa made his way to Carriage Crossing’s Central Park Saturday morning in a brand new Chevy Camaro provided by sponsor Sunrise Chevrolet Buick GMC. Guests enjoyed select scenes from A Christmas Story, holiday music, refreshments, crafts (including a 901 Rocks decoration station) and a special visit with Santa. A Christmas Story will run Dec. 3-11 at The Harrell Theatre in Collierville. The musical is produced by the Collierville Arts Council.
