Repaving projects underway in Germantown

Crews began a pavement rejuvenation project Thursday on the following streets in Germantown: Neshoba Road from Cordova Road to the western city limits, Wynterhall Drive, Saddle Ridge Drive, Redfield Drive, Woodsong Cove, Huntcliff Cove, Manor Woods Court, Bell Manor Drive and Cove and Branford Place.
The work will extend the life expectancy of the asphalt.
Residents will have access to their drives at all times during this process. A door hanger with information about the work will be left at every adjacent residence.
Residents are being asked to removed parked cars from the streets from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. As part of the project, sand will be spread on the streets but will be swept up within two days.
Residents are advised to keep pets and children out of treated areas. Please call Public Works at 757-7350 with questions or concerns.
