The Germantown Community Library hosted a Harry Potter Birthday Party and Summer Reading Wrap Party on July 29. Dozens of fans delved deep beneath the waves of the Black Lake to celebrate the end of Summer Reading. Children and parents were sorted into their respective Howarts Houses before teaming up to play games, enjoy cake, choose magic wands and more.
