Up 38-16 at halftime against Bartlett Tuesday night, the Houston Lady Mustangs offered a reminder as to why they’re one of the top teams locally this season.

Houston beat the Lady Panthers 64-46 at home in a game that was never truly in question. With Jaida Roper’s 17 points and Jayla Hemingway adding 14, the Lady Mustangs cruised to their third win of the season.

Bartlett was paced by Dee Dee Williams’ 19 points.

Houston will host ECS on Dec. 1.
