After trading baskets early with the Bartlett Panthers Tuesday night, Houston pulled away in the third quarter thanks to a 19-14 run, giving the Mustangs a 63-54 home win.
Ryan Boyce and Joee Cooper led Houston with 18 and 17 points, respectively. Bartlett was paced by Quintin Williams’ 13 points.
The Mustangs are 2-1 on the season and scheduled to host 2-2 ECS on Dec. 1.
